Genuine Omega Seamaster Polaris, reference 396.1022/396.1222, midsize size in two-tone stainless steel and gold. Round black dial with date window, quartz Caliber 1438 movement (6 jewels, Swiss).

Comes on the original genuine Omega two-tone bracelet, reference 1455/448, stamped with the Omega hallmark. Bracelet is in very good condition with only barely visible scratches. Case and dial are in excellent condition overall.
